There was a glitch to advance the guy two skulls on the bridge by clicking the stone boulder as it fell. But it seems to have been changed. Now as the boulder is falling, right-clicking between Tex and the Tiki above should advance him.


Things  can sped up between deals by clicking on the Tiki guy to bypass the multi-hand reveal, as well as Tex Carter's success or failure at moving across the bridge.
